The center included 10 endoscopy suites, 2 interventional radiology/endoscopy hybrid ORs, dedicated endoscopy reprocessing center and full Gastroenterology clinic for 24 providers.

• Surgery Remodel – Expert in redesign and remodeling areas to enhance surgical flow and patient care.

• Operational Excellence & Throughput Optimization – Skilled in refining surgical workflows and staffing models to improve patient flow, reduce delays, and increase case volume without compromising quality.
